Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions are a part of all EMD Networking Services, Inc. (herein referred to as “EMD”) agreements and proposals including IT Care agreements, project and sales quotes and any other agreement between EMD and any existing client, prospective client or vendor’s mutual client (herein referred to as “Client”). However, the contents of any specific agreement for Client that states any conflicting information with these terms and conditions will take precedence.
