We think all of our customers are happy, but our most satisfied customers have one of our service agreements. These are designed to give our customers peace of mind while providing services to keep your network and data secure, efficient and productive. We offer three different levels of agreements to fit any budget starting with our Basic Care option to just cover the basics. Our Net Care plan covers that plus many more items like higher levels of security protection and labor to keep your network and users connected and productive. Our top level agreement, Total Care, is our ‘full service’ agreement that not only includes even more security layers, but it’s like having your own IT department ready to respond to any of your daily IT needs so you can focus on what you do best. Plus, all plans offer options for additional services that you might find very helpful in your business.
